Event Name: Online Group Discussion

Rules of Participation

Round 1:

The participants would be divided a group of 10 with one moderator. The time given to each group would be 15 minutes. Out of each group, 2 participants would be selected for the final round. The participants would be judged on the basis of their confidence, validity of points and group behavior.

Final round:

In this round, each participant would conclude their points in not more than 3 minutes and the winner would be selected out of them.

Rules/Guidelines

1. Only one entry per participant will be entertained.
2. All poems must have a title and must not exceed 40 lines in length.
3. The theme should be the main focus of the poem.
4. Any plagiarism/copied content will straight away lead to disqualification of the participant.
5. You can submit your entries in either .pdf format or .doc/.docx.

JUDGING CRITERIA

1. Relevance to the theme - 50%
2. Creativity/Style and Originality - 30%
3. Coherence of form and structure (harmony of words, presentation) - 10%
4. Clarity of imagery and language - 10%

Event Name: Debate Competition (Make a Statement)

Rules/Guidelines

Round 1:

1. Each team should consist of 2 members,one of them should be against the motion and the other one should be for the motion.
2. Round 1 will consist of 5 teams including 3 interjectors.
3. Among the 5 teams only 2 will be selected and will qualify for 2 round.
4. Questions will be asked by the interjectors and the other participants after each member speaks up.
5. No abusive or vulgar language will be accepted.
6. One candidate will qualify from 'for the motion' & other will qualify from ' against the motion'.

Round 2:

1. Round 2 Is completely optional & depends upon the number of participating teams.
2. Round 2 will be among the qualified candidates from round 1, 2 of them will be declared as the winner.

Winning criteria:

1. The winner will be decided by the judges on the basis of clarity of thoughts,material &language.
2. Confidence and conduct throughout the event will also be kept in mind. 

Ground For disqualification:

1. Use of abusive or vulgar language.
2. Improper conduct through the event.
3. Copied material from the internet.
4. Misbehave with other members of the competition
