Event Name: Burpee Challenge
Event Date: 24-July-2020
General Instructions:
Team Size: Individual Participation
Registration Fees: 50/- each
Registration Link: https://forms.gle/QmRP4qs2KWX6YAwi8- There should not be any cuts in the video, it should be recorded in one go only.
- If we found any cheating or suspicion you will be disqualified.
- No entries will be considered after the deadline of submission.
- There should not be any use of abusive language.
- Anyone can take part in this challenge belongs to any school, college, Institute, etc.
- Ties will be broken by the total time for each user in the ascending order of time.
- There are separate categories for boys and girls.
- Video of the winner will be posted on the Official DSW page of Manav Rachna University.
- The participants will have to record a video of them trying to do the most number of burpees in one go.
- Begin in a squat position with hands on the floor, slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Kick feet back to the starting push-up position.
- Immediately return feet to the squat position.
- Jump up as high as possible from the squat, and drop back down to the starting position.

- Grab The Bar. Grip it about shoulder-width apart.

- Reach The bar. Pull yourself all the way up until your chin reaches the bar.
- Repeat. Lower yourself all the way down until your arms are straight.
